AROGYA SANGAM – CODE OF CONDUCT
Welcome to Arogya Sangam!
This seminar is a space for learning, sharing, and collaboration. To make the experience positive for everyone, we kindly ask all participants, speakers, and guests to follow these simple guidelines:
1. Be Respectful
Treat everyone with kindness, whether they are students, faculty, guests, or staff. Avoid rude comments, arguments, or personal attacks. Listen patiently and respect different opinions.
2. Be Honest and Fair
Share your own work and ideas. If you use someone else’s work, give them credit. Cheating, copying, or giving false information is not acceptable.
3. Respect Our Traditions
Ayurveda is a knowledge system with deep cultural roots. Please show respect to our traditions, speakers, and practices. Avoid language or behavior that may be offensive.
4. Be Punctual
Come to sessions on time and stay until they are finished. Entering or leaving during a session can disturb others.
5. Dress Properly
Wear neat and modest clothing. Traditional or formal Indian attire is encouraged.
6. Use Devices Politely
Keep your mobile phone on silent during sessions. Do not record or take photos of any session without permission from the organizers and speakers.
7. Ask Questions Respectfully
You are welcome to ask questions, but do so politely. Wait for your turn and do not interrupt speakers.
8. No Misbehavior
Harassment, discrimination, or any kind of offensive behavior will not be allowed. The use of alcohol or intoxicating substances is strictly banned during the event.
9. Follow Instructions
Please follow all instructions given by the organizing team. If you have a concern, contact the Help Desk or a staff member.
10. Reporting Issues
If you face or witness any kind of inappropriate behavior, please report it immediately to the organizing committee or Help Desk.
